Private & Public Sale

For the $VEN distribution, 26.1% of the total supply is allocated for the Public Sale, and 8.9% for the Private Sale amounting to 35% which will be paired with 33.63% Liquidity giving the pre-sale 20% discounted price. If there are any tokens left unsold, they will be used for the Liquidity Pool.&#x20;

The proceeds from both sales combined will be used as follows:

#### Tokens:

* 50% of the tokens will immediately be paired. with the additional 50% vested over a cliff of 3 months.

**Liquidity:**

* 93% will go to liqudity&#x20;
* 7% will go towards operations and kickstarting developments and marketing
